Portuguese letter dated 6th aug 1659 says, “a son of Shahaji, rebel against Adilshah, has captured the areas near Bassein (Vasai) & Chaul. He has grown strong. He has constructed some fighting vessels in the Bhiwandi, Kalyan & Panvel ports of the Bassein region. We are therefore forced to remain alert. We have ordered the Portuguese captain not to allow these vessels to come out of the ports & see that they do not move out on the seas.”

Who owns the media in India ?

Let us see the ownership of different media agencies.

NDTV: A very popular TV news media is funded by Gospels of Charity in Spain Supports Communism. Recently it has developed a soft corner towards Pakistan because Pakistan President has allowed only this channel to be aired in Pakistan . Indian CEO Prannoy Roy is co-brother of Prakash Karat, General Secretary of the Communist party of India . His wife and Brinda Karat are sisters.

India Today which used to be the only national weekly which supported BJP is now bought by NDTV!! Since then the tone has changed drastically and turned into Hindu bashing.

CNN-IBN: This is 100 percent funded by Southern Baptist Church with its branches in all over the world with HQ in US.. The Church annually allocates $800 million for promotion of its channel. Its Indian head is Rajdeep Sardesai and his wife Sagarika Ghosh.

Times group list:

Times Of India, Mid-Day, Nav-Bharth Times, Stardust, Femina, Vijay Times, Vijaya Karnataka, Times now (24- hour news channel) and many more…

Times Group is owned by Bennet & Coleman. ‘World Christian Council? does 80 percent of the Funding, and an Englishman and an Italian equally share balance 20 percent. The Italian Robertio Mindo is a close relative of Sonia Gandhi.

Star TV: It is run by an Australian, who is supported by St. Peters Pontifical Church Melbourne.

Hindustan Times: Owned by Birla Group, but hands have changed since Shobana Bhartiya took over. Presently it is working in Collaboration with Times Group.

The Hindu: English daily, started over 125 years has been recently taken over by Joshua Society, Berne , Switzerland .. N. Ram’s wife is a Swiss national.

Indian Express: Divided into two groups. The Indian Express and new Indian Express (southern edition) ACTS Christian Ministries have major stake in the Indian Express and latter is still with the Indian counterpart.

Eeenadu: Still to date controlled by an Indian named Ramoji Rao.

Ramoji Rao is connected with film industry and owns a huge studio in Andhra Pradesh.

Andhra Jyothi: The Muslim party of Hyderabad known as MIM along with a Congress Minister has purchased this Telugu daily very recently.

The Statesman: It is controlled by Communist Party of India.

Kairali TV: It is controlled by Communist party of India (Marxist)

Mathrubhoomi: Leaders of Muslim League and Communist leaders have major investment.

Asian Age and Deccan Chronicle: Is owned by a Saudi Arabian Company with its chief Editor M.J. Akbar.

युवा ही दे सकते हैं भारत को सकारात्मक नेतृत्व


इलाहाबाद : राष्ट्रीय स्वयं सेवक संघ का विद्यार्थी सम्मेलन रविवार को इविवि के निराला सभागार में आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम के मुख्य वक्ता डा. श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी शोध संस्थान के निदेशक तरुण विजय ने कहा कि युवा ही भारत को सकारात्मक नेतृत्व दे सकते हैं। उनमें विवेकानंद जैसा जज्बा होना चाहिए। श्री तरुण विजय ने कहा कि जेहादियों और कम्युनिस्टों में कोई अंतर नहीं है। देश में बढ़ रहे आतंकवाद के लिए कट्टरता नहीं तुष्टिकरण जिम्मेदार है। कम्युनिस्ट विचारधारा अब मात्र चीन तक ही सीमित रह गई है। खासबात यह है कि वहां भी राष्ट्रवाद महत्वपूर्ण हो गया है। उन्होंने गत वर्ष मुम्बई में हुए हमले के लिए भ्रमित भावनाओं को जिम्मेदार बताया। कहा कि सरकार को हमले के मूल में जाकर आतंकवाद की समस्या का हल निकालना होगा। इविवि के अंग्रजी विभाग के प्रो. कृष्ण गोपाल श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि युवाओं को स्वामी विवकानंद से प्रेरणा लेनी चहिए। कार्यक्रम के आरम्भ में अतिथियों ने भारत माता के चित्र पर माल्यार्पण किया। वेदपाठी बच्चों के मंत्रोच्चार से समारोह में अध्यात्म की धारा बही। कार्यक्रम का संचालन रामशिरोमणि मिश्र ने किया। इस अवसर पर राणाकृष्ण पाल, आलोक मालवीय व अरिवंद मिश्रा सहित बड़ी संख्या में स्वयंसेवक व वेद विद्यालयों के छात्र उपस्थित रहे।

Muslim mob attacks Hindus in Asansol


On January 9, four Muslims attacked a Hindu female devotee returning from a temple, of the Goddess Kali, and attempted to molest her in the Masterpara locality of Asansol city.

Local Hindus were outraged by this incident and beat up those four Muslim hoodlums. The four soon came back to the same location with a mob of around 300 Muslim activists, armed with swords and sticks, and attacked and vandalised Hindu owned shops, looted them, and beat up many members of the local Hindu populace.

FACT Shivaji Award for Courage - 2008


banasinghOn 26th June 1987, Param Veer Chakra Awardee, Naib Subedar Bana Singh led his platoon on the Siachen glacier, at a height of nearly 5000 metres, against a Pakistani post which was threatening Indian security. The post was virtually an impregnable glacier fortress with ice walls on all sides. Lobbing hand-grenades, charging with a bayonet and moving from trench to trench, he cleared the post of all intruders. For this act of valor N. Sub. Bana Singh received from the hands of H.H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar the 2008 FACT Shivaji Award of Courage.
